Is This The End For Rupert Murdoch?

The fallout from a phone hacking scandal that took down the popular News of the World newspaper in England continues to cloud the future of New Corporation CEO Rupert Murdoch.

A UK parliamentary committee have declared the media mogul “unfit” to run his global media empire, which includes Fox News, The New York Post and The Wall Street Journal.

Think he’ll remain as the head of News Corporation? Here are five great cartoons about the future of Rupert Murdoch from some of the world’s top cartoonists…

Rupert Murdock will not see a day of jail time. A "lesser" person would get 10 years, perhaps more. But America today does not have equal justice for all. Some are more equal than others. When I see our government jail the likes of Richard Scrushy (of HealthSouth) for falsifying company earnings — he says he didn't know it was happening <grin> — and the CEOs of Bank of America and Wells Fargo for robo-signing (they didn't know it was happening either <grin>) THEN I'll maybe start to believe that our government really tries to enforce equal justice for all.
