Obama's War in Libya

Last week, President Obama ordered the U.S. to begin a military offensive in Libya to establish a no-fly zone and protect civilians from being killed by crazy Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. Now, Obama is facing scrutiny from both sides of the aisle who claim the mission goals are both hypocritical and vague.

We’re in it now….

no clear reason,
a “no fly zone” that bombs tanks
we really don’t know who the opposition is
we in fact do have boots on the ground there
a few days will likely turn into months

Joe Biden is locking reporters in closets
we really don’t know who’s war this is, Obama’s, Clinton’s, or France
what’s the cost??? a billion so far, I’ve heard
now what about Syria, do we do the same there?

what about that Congress approval thing?
honestly… I’m all for getting rid of Qaddafi, but my gawd…. I can think of about 30 ways to do it better than we have thus far.

So why don’t you run for President and do the job better? Or better still join the military and show them what needs to be done!!!

The intended thought is correct – he hasn’t a clue. Keep drawing them

Also, you might get some milage out of having Obama linked to the bust of Churchill, which he had removed from US soil – it is now in the British Embassy, which is “British Soil”.

What, you don’t like the truth displayed in terms the “Commander in Chef” can understand? I bet he didn’t get it.

As for “disrespectful”, you have to be a person worth respect before you can be “disrespected”. Obama has a ways to go before the People will again respect him. The Office of the President of the United States – that I will respect. He should never have been installed. Never. If the public knew what we know now, he would not have been elected.

So, that’s Iraq, Afghanistan and now Libya being “Democratised”. Great. When do we do the same for the oppressed of China ? Oh, hang on, we can’t ‘cos China just about owns the USA, (and big chunks of the rest of “The West”), and Wal-Mart shelves will be empty if we upset the Chinese. Darn. Trade and self-interest get in the way again.

General MacArthur tried while we were in Korea, but our politicians at the time held him back. I do wonder why clinton signed that China WTO Trade act in 2000.
