Let us not be knee jerk jerks. Consider for a moment that:

Palin at the head of the Republican ticket in 2012 = Re-election of Obama AND Democratic control of the House and Senate for at least 2 years.

Hmmmm! We should wait to see what happens during the next 2 years with split control of the two houses of Congress. Maybe we will just want the status quo continued in 2012 as bipartisanship brings America back to comity and comfort??

Never know. Sometimes the grass is really greener on the field where you are presently grazing. Perhaps patriotic Americans should now join the Republican Party to put Sarah over in the primaries.

Real Patriots would consider whether any individual's agenda and platforms would benefit the country. Palin has neither the intellectual, the political, or the practical capacity to benefit America and Americans. You're right, Glen: let's not be knee jerk jerks.

And Obama has….. No experience, a piece of paper that says he graduated colleges but we don't even know if he ever attended classes. A person would have a hard time getting a job without their transcript yet the elitests and dumb inner city folks voted him into office. Give me a person with common sense as a leader over an elitist know it all anytime!

To Kate – We already are the laughing stock of the world with Obama, the Bower in office. He can't even get a tribal chief in Africa to take his calls.

Palin: Quiter-In-Chief.

Seriously, going from Mayor to President is quite the leap. What's next, Chief Justice Paula Abdul because of her extensive background as Judge for American Idol?

I was never a big Regan fan, but at least he got us to believe there's good in ourselves and something better on the horizon. The benefit of politics before the twenty-four hour news cycle, and the ever present chatter of the internet, I would presume.

IMO, a leader should inspire towards a greater good, not just incite to riot. If that means four more years of a hot-air balloon in whom I mistakenly equated oratory for Presidential skill, or Josephine Six-Pack whose strength lies in parroting what she hears…"Hopey, changey. Hopey, changey", then give me President Obama. My hope is that WE can change back into a nation of believers and doers.

Seriously, going from mayor to president is a leap but going from community organizer to president isn't. And don't give that b.s. about being a senator, he did nothing in the senate but run for president as soon as he won.
